This Unsolicited Idea Policy is published by UMANERA LLC, doing business as PTC Binder™ ("Umanera," "PTC Binder™," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy applies to all current and future Services provided by or through Umanera, regardless of the medium or platform through which they are accessed, including but not limited to our app, website, email, and social media accounts.

Why This Policy Exists

To avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes, PTC Binder™ does not accept, review, or consider unsolicited ideas, proposals, suggestions, works, materials, artwork, content, or similar submissions of any kind — including but not limited to ideas for new features, products, services, technologies, advertising campaigns, promotions, marketing strategies, or product names (collectively, "Submissions"). Please do not send or provide any Submissions to us, our employees, or our contractors through any channel.

Terms of Submission

If, despite this policy, you submit an unsolicited idea or Submission to us through any channel — including email, social media, or any other means — the following terms apply regardless of what your correspondence states:

Your Submission and its contents, along with any related intellectual property rights, automatically become the property of UMANERA LLC without any compensation to you. We may use, redistribute, or act upon your Submission for any purpose and in any way, on an unrestricted basis. We have no obligation to review, acknowledge, or keep your Submission confidential.

Product Feedback

We do welcome feedback about our existing products, services, and features. Feedback is different from unsolicited ideas — feedback helps us understand how PTC Binder™ is working for you today, while unsolicited ideas propose new directions we have not asked for.
